Dustin L: So far on the downtown hint I've tried variations of baconian ciphers, caesar, beaufort, vigenere, a bunch of substitutions, morse, and bianary.
Dustin L: Also tried them together in different orders with ASCII. Might just be overthinking the solution, or just don't have enough information with the one poem passage.
